Orders are processed within our estimated processing timeframe. Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations after production begins.

Please ensure all order details, including phone model, shipping address, and personalization information, are correct before checkout.

Personalized & Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are made specifically for each customer. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to:

Ordering the wrong phone model
Change of mind
Incorrect personalization details entered at checkout

Please carefully review your order before submitting it.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information. We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photo proof.

If an incorrect item was sent, customers may be required to return the item received before a replacement or refund is processed.

Eligible customers may choose between:

Receiving the correct replacement item
Receiving a refund

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not qualify for replacement or refund.

While our products are designed for everyday use, we cannot guarantee protection against all damage. We are not liable for damage to devices resulting from drops, accidents, misuse, or improper installation of products.
