Hi angel ♡ Welcome to Being Called Angel — a little shop created with love by me, Emilieryz, a 21-year-old university student and lifelong phone case collector.

I started this brand because I’ve always loved cute phone cases and changing them to match my mood, style, and personality. But over time, I realized it became so hard to find cases that were actually cute, protective, customizable, and reasonably priced all at once. Most options felt overpriced or lacked personality.

So, I decided to create the kind of shop I always wished existed — a place where you can find beautiful, protective, and affordable phone cases that still feel personal to you.

At Being Called Angel, every design is made with the idea that your phone case should feel like a little extension of your style — something cute, meaningful, and uniquely yours.

Are your phone cases protective?

Yes! Our phone cases are made with a durable TPU + polycarbonate (PC) design, helping protect your phone from everyday drops, bumps, and scratches while staying stylish and lightweight.

How long does shipping take?

Since each order is carefully prepared, processing may take a few business days before shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on location. Can take anywhere from 3-10 business days.

What if i order the wrong phone model?

Please double-check your phone model before placing your order. Since items are made specifically for your selected device, we are not able to change orders once production begins.

What is your return & refund policy?

We only accept returns or offer refunds/replacements if:

Your order arrives damaged, or
You receive the wrong item.

To qualify, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and provide clear photo proof of the issue.

If the incorrect item was sent, customers will be required to return the mistakenly received item before a replacement or refund is processed.

Eligible customers may choose between:
• Receiving the correct replacement item
• Receiving a refund

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as ordering the wrong phone model, change of mind, or general wear and tear.
